Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
We ship internationally from our fulfillment centers. 
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Express Shipping: 5-8 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may 
vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or 
other factors outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation 
email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business 
days for tracking information to update.

Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees 
and import duties. These charges are the responsibility 
of the customer and are not included in the order total.
